White Orchid Limousine Service was established in 1993 in Adelaide. In 1997 we started our most ambitious project…to design and create the longest and most luxurious limousine in Australia – a 12-passenger super stretch limousine.
This was finally completed after 3 long years of intense work. The car, painted in sparkling GOLD is built on a 6-wheel base, locally manufactured Mitsubishi engine situated at the back. The floor is unique in that it is completely flat due to the rear-mounted engine. The car is so big that it has to be registered as a bus and the driver has to have a bus license.
This beautiful car measuring 9.5 metres long, gives a smoother ride than the conventional stretch limousine, due to its 6-wheel base. With its rear-mounted engine and no tail shaft tunnel this beautiful limousine has a flat floor for extra comfort and more legroom.
In November 2007 we completed building Australia's first Stretch Lexus
Limousine.
The
new Lexus is nearly 8.5 m long and weighs almost 4.5tones. It comes complete
with sixteen leather passenger seats, two 13”
LCD monitors for TV or DVD, elegant bar facilities and an electric sunroof.
All of this adds up to a quality service providing elegance, taste, and the latest on-board comforts one would expect in a superior limousine service. For pure luxury, excitement and elegance it is hard to go past the experience of travelling in
12 or 16 -seater luxury and comfort.
Now White Orchid Limousines has a fleet of 3 cars 1957 Chevrolet, a gold 12 passenger stretched limousine - and
a new 16 passengers stretch Lexus limousine.
